About this opportunity
We are partnering with a Global Outsourcing organization with global office locations around the world. Our client specializes in workflow and technical solutions for document, financial and payment processing. We have been tasked by our client to recruit an experienced Operations Management Consultant.
What you will do
-
Design and implementation of integration solutions for performance and event management using BPPM notification and enrichment policies for various types of customizations.

Hands-on experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight Operations Management.

Experience in configuring events using MRL / BAROC as per requirement.

Experience in analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts.

Ability to create reports and dashboards in Truesight Operations Management and TSOM Smart Reporting as per requirement.

Ability to review, add or update monitoring procedures.
What you will bring
-
Strong hands-on experience with Truesight Operations Management (Version 11 or later).

Strong hand-on experience with Truesight Operations Management, Truesight Presentation Server, Patrol Agents, and all Knowledge Modules.

Strong experience with installation, configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Oracle, and other components as per requirement.

Hands-on experience in creation of infrastructure policies, admin policies in Truesight Operations Management environment.

Good knowledge of vulnerability mitigation and CVEs.

Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Operating System.

Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture & Components.

Good experience working in client facing Implementation and support assignments.

Readiness to work in non-business hours, holidays, and shifts (including night shifts) on a customer / internal requirement basis.

Good customer service skills and client focus.

Good communication (Written & Spoken) skills.
